Parker was born and raised in Corpus Christi, graduated with honors from the University of Texas at Austin and attended South Texas College of Law. While at South Texas, Parker earned many awards and was repeatedly recognized for outstanding achievement. He received a Dean’s Merit Scholarship and was on the Dean’s Honor List, a member of the Order of Lytae, received the John Ensle Evidence Award, was on the Law Review, Editor in Chief of STCL Newspaper and graduated Summa Cum Laude in his class December 2012.
Parker displayed extraordinary knowledge in many courses. He received the American Jurisprudence Award in 12 classes and the highest grade in the class in:

Parker represents injured individuals in commercial trucking litigation, refinery and workplace accidents, negligence and premises liability, commercial and other business litigation, and oil and gas litigation.
Since joining the firm, Parker has assisted Webb Cason’s injured clients in obtaining millions of dollars in settlements, judgments, and verdicts.
