About

Trusted for over 120 years

History

Charlie Webb founded Webb Cason decades ago with Shannon Salyer in Corpus Christi, Texas. They called the firm “Webb & Salyer.” The firm grew steadily over the next 15 years, and Charlie and Shannon hired a number of young and talented employees, like US Representative Filemon Vela. Shannon retired from the practice of personal injury and moved to Port Lavaca, where he began assisting the District Attorney of Calhoun County. The firm continued to grow under the name “Law of Offices of Charles Webb.” In 1998, attorney Benny Cason moved into the firm’s building and began practicing alongside Charlie. Soon thereafter, the firm changed its name to Webb Cason.

After decades of fighting for injured people from all parts of the country, the firm has established itself as a leader among South Texas law firms. It is trusted by clients and referring attorneys and respected by insurance companies and large corporations.
