Two people injured after 18-wheeler goes off I-20; county road closed off

UPDATE (8:45 A.M.) – According to Lindale police, the two people injured in the wreck have been identified as Michael Pradell and Marie Bradley of Florida.

They have suffered “serious, but non-fatal injuries” and were taken ot a local hospital.

The accident occurred at 2:46 a.m. Thursday morning after the 18-wheeler was cut off and forced the truck off-road.

County Road 463, west of Lindale, has been closed off. Officials say traffic on I-20 should not be affected.

According to Lindale Police, the 18-wheeler was cut-off on the interstate causing the driver to go off-road. Officials say the two people injured inside the truck are okay.

Crews are working to remove the truck and clear up the road.
